Returns and refunds
At Glowette Candles, we take pride in handcrafting each product with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly review your request and work toward a fair resolution.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
