Shipping and delivery
At Glowette Candles, each order is carefully prepared and shipped in the order it was received to ensure quality and care with every package.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Peak & Sale Periods:
During peak seasons, restocks, or sale events, processing and shipping times may extend to 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping times are subject to change at any time based on order volume or unforeseen delays.
Order Fulfillment:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Updates:
Glowette Candles is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
